Chelsea joined MEI Real Estate Services in early 2012 as a research analyst, focusing her efforts on investment and site analysis of retail and office assets in Southern California. Since receiving her salesperson license in early 2013, she has transitioned into the brokerage side of the firm where she focuses on tenant and landlord, seller and buyer representation of retail, office, mixed- use and multifamily properties. As a Southern California native, she has developed exceptional market familiarity and an intimate knowledge of commercial assets. She continues to further her education with plans of becoming a California licensed real estate broker.
